1. Englewood Urban Farm | 2020
One of the projects we had the pleasure of working on in 2020 is a beautiful home in Englewood, Colorado. The home’s exterior needed some maintenance and repair. Colorado Siding Repair offers partial siding repair and, in this case, installed James Hardie fiber cement siding. Afterwards, we painted the trim to match the rest of the exterior. The barn also needed to be to be updated and we painted the trim and barn doors. After six months there were some further repairs and repainting that was needed, which we completed in a second phase. With that, the exterior looks amazing and refreshed again. The curb appeal of the home is stunning.

2. Morrison Mountain Home | 2018
A different project we have recently completed was an update to a Morrison Mountain home. The home had cedar siding that had aged poorly and was deteriorating. 3. Stapleton Partial Siding Replacement | 2020

After the siding was installed, we also painted the soffits and fascia to create a matching look for the whole house. The result speaks for itself and could not have been more beautiful.
5. Arapahoe Acres Color Plus Reside | 2019
This wonderful post-war home in Englewood’s Arapahoe Acres needed a siding and trim update. The James Hardie ColorPlus siding the client selected looks amazing. The color choices are wonderful and highlight the charm of the home very well. The new siding gives the home an updated look without losing the beauty of its original style.
6. Aurora Cedar to Hardie Upgrade | 2019
The cedar siding of this Denver area home was replaced with James Hardie siding and it made a huge improvement. The cedar was badly aged and needed to be replaced, along with the trim, soffits and fascia. We then also painted the exterior, a service we offer but many of our competitors do not. The difference this update made was significant and gave the home a whole new look.
7. Littleton Hardie Install Painted Yellow | 2019
When siding gets old and deteriorates, it can affect the whole house negatively. The composite wood siding of this Littleton home had become soft due to swelling and desperately needed to be replaced. In addition to the James Hardie fiber cement siding, we also installed new trim, soffits and fascia. To round it out, we then installed beaded porch panel on the porch ceiling and painted everything. The yellow Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint the homeowners picked not only looks wonderful but will also last for many years.
8. Parker Hardie Alternating Exposures | 2019
The last project we want to highlight here is a reside with alternating exposures. This Parker home had composite wood siding that was failing. To update the style the homeowner chose the modern alternating exposures lap siding. The James Hardie HardiePlank fiber cement siding and trim was perfect for that. After the installation of trim and siding, the home’s exterior was painted and created a stunning effect. The pictures make it clear how wonderful the house looked after the upgrade.
