Colorado Siding Repair Field Notes
Summer is high season here at Colorado Siding Repair. That means this is the busiest time of year to get your siding replaced or repaired! With that said, we enjoy serving clients year round but especially enjoy the cadence that summer brings to our business.
This week have active projects all along the Front Range from Fort Collins down to Littleton, Colorado. We even started our largest project to date this month at the Baldy Mountain Townhomes in Breckenridge, Colorado. We wanted to show you some of the projects we’re working on this week, check it out!
Five Points, Denver, Colorado
This home near downtown Denver in the historic neighborhood of Five Points was in need of an exterior facelift. The paint was peeling all over the outside of the home. The soffits and fascia were swelling and falling a part while the shake siding in the gables needed replacing. Colorado Siding Repair did a whole exterior rehab on on this home and the finished product is beautiful. We replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim all around the home. We installed James Hardie fiber cement shake siding on the front and rear gables. Finally we painted this home with Sherwin Williams Duration in Snowbound White with trim in Tricorn White. This Black & White home makes us do a double take when driving by! How about you?
Aurora, Colorado
We transformed this 1950s ranch home to a mid-century modern stunner! The homeowner of this home called Colorado Siding Repair with an insurance claim for her home. Someone drove into her home and fled from the scene! We replaced the steel siding on this post World War II home with James Hardie ColorPlus fiber cement siding in Arctic White and in Woodtone Rustic Series in Old Cherry. Our team helped the homeowner accentuate her own personal style with Woodtone Rustic Series around the front entrance of the home. With the lap siding on the left and the board and batten siding on the right side we provided design features that elevate this home’s curb appeal to the next level!
Baldy Mountain Townhomes, Breckenridge, Colorado
This multi-family complex is located on Baldy Mountain overlooking the ski town of Breckenridge, Colorado. These townhomes were built in 1972 and still has the original T1-11 siding! Colorado Siding Repair is installing James Hardie ColorPlus in Grey Slate and Pearl Grey with trim in Timber Bark. Each building also includes a design feature of James Hardie ColorPlus shake in Boothbay Blue and Evening Blue. While these townhomes have the most amazing views in Breckenridge, they will be a sight to behold in heir own right when Colorado Siding Repair is done with them.
