More About GuildQuality’s Guildmaster Award
GuildQuality is an independent surveying company that rates customer satisfaction. The Guildmaster Awards have been awarded since 2005. We have been Guildmembers since 2018 and are very happy to be one of the companies represented here.
To be considered for this award, the Guildmember has to apply for it. The contractor has to be an active GuildQuality member to be able to do so. They have to have a recommendation rate of at least 90%. That means that more than 90% of costumers would be ‘Likely to Recommend’ this member.
Additionally, the applying member has to have a 50% customer response rate. This response rate refers to survey feedback they receive from their customers. That applies to all customers who were sent a survey in the previous calendar year. At least 50% of the customers have to respond to the survey in order for the Guildmember to be considered for this award.
Only if both criteria are met and confirmed in the review, can the applying member earn an award. Colorado Siding Repair received a 98% ‘Likely to Recommend’ rating from our customers, which is fantastic! We are very thankful for this result and proud of it.
