Modernize Your Home Siding with Fiber Cement

Built in the 80s, this home still had its original cedar siding. Woodpeckers were wreaking havoc on this home’s exterior!

The homeowners called Colorado Siding Repair to remove the old cedar siding and transform this Franktown mountain farm house. We installed James Hardie Color Plus lap siding in Country Lane Red with Timberbark trim.

James Hardie ColorPlus fiber cement siding is resistant to pests, rot, mildew, and mold. Furthermore, it will not burn and add fuel to a fire. It needs very minimal maintenance and will look beautiful for a long time to come. Additionally, it comes with 30-product and 15-year finish warranties.
